I found this for much cheaper, he didn’t like it at first saying it looked like a garbage bag on top of the car.     This carrier has eight tie down straps that are sewn to the bag, two in the front, two in the back, and two on each side. The straps are nice and long. I adjusted them where I wanted them and then wrapped the excess with some duct tape which I then tucked under the carrier. This way no noisy flapping loose ends.
